Create a Dress for Your Angel.
1. Click on Preset Shapes.
Use these settings.

2. Set your fill colour to a light blue(#4B1AD6)
and your stroke colour a darker blue (#948DF3).
3. Draw arounded rectangle as illustrated below.

4. Click the Object Selector. 

Click on Node Edit.
Move the top two nodes inwards like this.
Just use your cursor to take them in gently.

5. These two nodes pull outwards like this.

6. Move the last nodes like this.

7. Go to layers.
Then Convert to Raster layer.
Now go to your Layer Palete,
double click on layer 5
and name the layer 'dress'.

8. Now select the Paint brush.

Suggested settings illustrated below.

Set your foreground colour to a light blue.
Make random brush strokes as illustrated below.

9. Select The Retouch Brush.
Suggested settings as illustrated below.

Hold down and drag the retouch brush repeatedly,
until you achieve an effect like this.
10. Now select the Selection Tool.

Choose elipse from the Selection Type
From an areas of the dress select an elipse as illustrated below.

Hold down Ctrl and C.
11. Add a new Raster Layer and name it 'collar'.
12. Now go to Edit, down to paste and across and down to As New Selection.
Move the Selection until it is a little above the dress.
This will cover some of the angel's face,
but do not worry about this just yet.
13. Now go to colours and down to Colourize.
Suggested settings as illustrated below.

14. Go to Selections and Select None.
15. Go to Layers, down to arrange, across and down to Send to Bottom
16. Now make your dress Layer the active layer in your Layer Palette.
17. Go to Layers, down to arrange, across and down to Send to Bottom

Don't forget to save your work!
