Create a Tube for the Angel's Hair
You can make your own tube for the hair
by following the instructions below.
Or get the tube
2.Select the Paint Brush.
Suggested Settings illustrated below.
3. Set your foreground colour to white
4. Draw a curl with the paintbrush as illustrated below.
5. Now select the magic wand.
Click on the transparent area of your image.
Then go to Selections and down to Invert.
The white curl should be selected now.
6. I used these Blade Pro settings on this curl.
You can choose your own.
If you havn't got Blade Pro you could try adding an inner or outer bevel to it.
Or go to the bottom of the page to download this curl tube.
Now go to File, then down to Export across and down to Picture Tube.
The window illustrated below will pop up.
Give your tube a name.
You do not need to alter anything else here in this instance.

Your curl tube should now be with the rest of your tubes
and you should only have to select it when you need it.
Go to the next page to give your angel some hair.
